When Should Someone Use CBD Syrup?
CBD syrup should be used at night. Because it contains melatonin, we do not recommend that you take it during the day. Always remember to check the bottle for the appropriate serving size. Feel free to start with a smaller serving (5mg-10mg) and work your way up to the full 15mg serving size.
